Abstract Background and Aims There is wide evidence that weak points of the care end-stage Chronic kidney disease (CKD) patients in hemodialysis include three aspects are suitable for intervention: exercise, nutrition psychological support. Evidence shows exercise on results increased functional capacity strength improved health-related quality life survival. Additionally, earlier studies have shown benefits interventions positive effect educational programs nutritional status hemodialysis. Despite well-known these not being implemented routine clinical patients. Thus, GoodRENal project aims to promote a healthy lifestyle among using holistic pedagogical approach that, addressing adult learners, combines well-being as well cognitive functioning. Method funded by European Community, Erasmus + program (336.327 euros). The will last 3 years, from September 2020 August 2023 Partners consortium institutions five countries: Spain (Universidad CEU Cardenal Herrera, Hospital de Manises, Univesitat Valéncia, Universitat Politécnica Valéncia), Sweden (Skane University Karolinska Institutet), Greece (Aristotles Thessaloniki) Belgium (Katholieke Universiteit Leuven). Other supporting located UK, Chile Brazil. Results develop virtual platform comprising care: physical activity/exercise, nutrition, well-being/cognition. In summary, outputs be: 1. A didactic content modular with an integrated treatment hemodialysis; 2. guideline healthcare providers; 3. patients, their formal- non-formal carers. At present stage exploratory questionnaires regarding activity/exercise-nutrition-psychological well-being/cognition been developed consensus all partners. Data this first study needs barriers stakeholders (patients, health professionals, carers) be presented at ERA-EDTA congress. Conclusion improving overall health, thus life, through target especially improvements patient reported outcomes including life.
